It is pleasing to announce that the 12th Annual Sreemad Bhaagavata Tattva Sameeksha Satram will be held during the auspicious Margasheersha, from 20th December 2013 to 29th December 2013 in Paralikad Naimishaaranyam, the sacred precincts of Tacchanatthukavu Devi Temple Narayanashrama Tapovanam and Hind Navotthana Pratishtan will be jointly conducting the event.
Devotees from urban and rural areas would assemble daily in Naimishaaranyam from morning to evening, to listen to the expositions by various Scholars and Saints. Thousands of men and women fondly look forward to this 10-day Jnaana Satram, intended to imbue inner values and vision in the listeners.
Sreemad Bhaagavatam holds that Knowledge of the Supreme Truth is the only means to deliver human mind from the three-fold afflictions of the world. Distinct from the usual Sreemad Bhaagavata Saptaahams, the Tattva Sameeksha Satram aims to instill deeper wisdom, universal values and rational thinking through the profound thoughts of the great holy Text. The objective is being fulfilled to a greater degree every time.
Vishnu Sahasranaama Vishwa Yajna Mahotsavam on 29th December, the concluding day of the Satram, will be the special feature this year. This is to commemorate and celebrate the 5,152nd year of the great legacy, bequeathed by Bheeshma to Yudishthira at the end of the Kurukshetra war.
With the intention of ensuring prosperity, unity, inner strength and welfare for one and all, thousands of people from India and abroad will assemble at Naimishaaranyam and collectively recite Vishnu Sahasranaama from 4 a.m to 9 p.m. on 29th. Then will start the sahasranaama archana and havan upto 1 p.m.
We earnestly wish that you participate in this most benedictory event – mentally, materially or otherwise – and gain lasting blessings. We request that you also inform your relatives, friends and well-wishers about the event, so that the holy endeavour will be further strengthened and extended.
