Only when the mind, given generally to interactions with world objects, turns inward to interact with the Subject, the boundless and infinite Soul, spirituality makes its beginning. The Soul’s dimension far exceeds that of the world. The more you contemplate on it, the greater and lighter will be your mind. The mind is but an expression of the Soul. Right understanding, absorption and assimilation of this truth alone will make the mind broader, deeper and loftier. Enriching the mind is the sole message of spiritual pursuit.
