Achara (practice) and Vichara (thoughtful introspection) together constitute the essence of our Dharma. Acharas, may change from time to time but Vichara does not. Whenever an achara proves to be inconsistent with the times, we have the freedom and duty to replace it. In so doing, make sure that the fundamental and ultimate cause of Dharma is served.
