"Our body and this complex world around us is meant to reveal and display the Self variously. Spiritual seeking lies in looking for That which animates the body. Turn the mind and intelligence inward to their very Source. Let the thoughts make you search for the thinking substance, the thinker.  Only then the mystery of the Self will be unveiled."

<< Chapter 05 Verse 05 >>

यत्साङ्ख्यैः प्राप्यते स्थानं तद्योगैरपि गम्यते ।
एकं साङ्ख्यं च योगं च यः पश्यति स पश्यति ।। ५.५ ।।

yat sāṅkhyaiḥ prāpyate sthānaṁ tad yogair-api gamyate |
ekaṁ sāṅkhyaṁ ca yogaṁ ca yaḥ paśyati sa paśyati || 5.5 ||

Krishna adds in a confirmatory tone, to assure Arjuna and those like him:

यत्साङ्ख्यैः प्राप्यते स्थानं तद्योगैरपि गम्यते ।
एकं साङ्ख्यं च योगं च यः पश्यति स पश्यति ।।

The same goal is attained through sankhya and yoga. He who sees the two as one, alone has the right vision.

And therefore, he who looks at both as leading to the same end, and hence the same, is the real seer. Any other view or assessment is thoroughly wrong and immature, affirms Krishna.
