“The paths leading man to god or Truth are said to be many. I will speak only of the shortest. It is to recognize God as the Self in you and then to find Him out. What is the distance then between you and God, between you and yourself? Ah, there is no distance at all, a full Zero! Yet, how dare you say to find God and Truth is hard?’’

This is passion, this is hatred, engendered by
rajoguna. A huge glutton, a heinous sinner,
know it in this world as a stark enemy.

Note: Every one is born with a body. As it grows with
food and nourishment, the mind and intelligence also
develop. These have their potential and possibilities,
which alone determine the growth, quality and
advancement of life. While the process is on, some
negative notes also find their place and interfere.
One has to to be alert in safeguarding against the
consequent danger. Timely awareness is the first factor
to mend matters and move forward with hope and
assurance. Krishna elucidates the susceptibilities and
consaequnt downfall.
Mind generates passion, a form of attraction to engulf
the mind. When hindered, it turns into intolerance and
anger, catering to which is hard indeed. They crave
for ceaseless indulgence. Regard them as enemies
hiding within the body. Discretion alone will reform,
refine and enlighten the seeker well. Nurture it amply.
