Address, through Video Conference, to 28 IAS Officers, Pune, January 2010 as a part of "Ethics in public Governance".

Though the address was to IAS Officers, the message therein is sure to be a guiding light for one and all, for a fulfilling and empowering life. Some of the subjects discussed are mind and  its potentials, role of intelligence in shaping ethical behaviour, methods to generate and maintain motivation and the hallmarks of a purposeful life.
