Q :
Is it possible to travel in star, moon, sun and in other planets by our sukshma shareera if yes than how (but not after death).
There is a great deal of misunderstanding about sukhshma shareera, sthoola shareera and kaarana shareera. These 3 are generally posited with respect to the three fundamental states that we have. One is the wakefulness where we interact with the gross objects of the world with our senses. Obviously this is done with the sthoola shareera, the gross body.
Similarly we have the dream state, when we interact with a number of objects inwardly. All of them are subtle. For that interaction there must be a body. This is called the sukshma shareera, because the sukshma alone can exist within the gross.
We also have a kaarana shareera, with which we experience sleep, where there is no object at all.
Shareera does not always mean it is like the one you have, with stoutness, grossness, form, etc. Shareera only means a seat or medium for experience. So there is a medium for experiencing sleep also. That kaarana shareera, Shankara describes as indescribable. We cannot describe it.
So all the three shareeras are there, only when you are living in a body. The moment you leave the body, as the sthoola sharira is gone, the sukshma and kaarana also cease to be.
All the other statements and prophecies are absolutely beside the point. They are provided only as a theory for influencing the mind to generate desirable effects – sometimes fear, sometimes assurance, relief, hope and comfort!
So your question naturally falls to the ground. It is not possible at all for anybody to travel in the star, moon and sun with the sukshma shareera. It is impossible, unrealistic.
